Victoria offers individual counseling for children, adolescents, and young adults in Illinois, with a focus on helping you recover from life’s challenges. Whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or major life transitions, Victoria is here to support you. Using trauma-informed approaches like EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and attachment-based practices, you’ll work together with Victoria to heal past wounds, rebuild emotional strength, and move forward with renewed hope and clarity.

This service is designed for churches looking to equip their staff with the knowledge and skills to better support the mental health needs of their congregation. Victoria offers personalized guidance on how to approach care with a trauma-informed mindset, ensuring that all interactions are sensitive to the experiences of individuals. Additionally, Victoria provides practical strategies for integrating trauma-informed care across different ministries within your church, helping create a more supportive and compassionate environment for all members.
